Jason D. Eady, P.E., M.E.C.E. serves as Managing Principal of e-Studio360, LLC. He is a seasoned professional engineer with more than 15 years of practical experience in the field of structural, civil, and architectural engineering.  Mr. Eady has been licensed as a professional engineer in Texas for almost 10 years.

     In the fall of 1995, Mr. Eady’s engineering career began when he enrolled in the advanced college preparatory engineering curriculum at the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute located in his hometown Baltimore, MD.  After graduating high school in 1999, Mr. Eady attended The Pennsylvania State University where he enrolled in the 5-year ABET accredited Architectural Engineering program and earned his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering Degree with a structural emphasis in 2004. After 5 years of practical experience in various building construction types, Mr. Eady decided to gain further theoretical knowledge in the field of structural engineering by enrolling in the SACS accredited Civil Engineering graduate program at The University of Texas at Arlington in 2010. Two years later, he earned his Master of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering – Structures & Applied Mechanics.  A year after earning his Master's degree and successfully passing the 8-hour National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) Civil Engineering Exam, Mr. Eady was granted licensure as a professional engineer in 2013 by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers to practice engineering throughout the state of Texas.  Additionally, Mr. Eady was designated a Model Law Engineer (MLE) by NCEES, which facilitates obtaining his engineering licensure by comity in other states.

     Mr. Eady’s extensive design background lies in various sectors including residential, retail, healthcare, education, government, and civil infrastructure using a variety of building materials such as structural steel, light-gage steel, concrete, timber, and masonry. As a licensed structural engineer having competence in wind design, Mr. Eady was appointed a Windstorm Inspector by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) and certified a Wind Damage Inspector by HAAG.  He was also certified a Residential and Commercial Roof Inspector by HAAG.  Additionally, he was certified levels BET-1 and BEC-2 Building Envelope Inspector by the Building Envelope Science Institute (BESI).  As a model citizen, he was commissioned the office of Notary Public by the Secretary of State of Texas. Through his specialized designs and consulting services as Managing Principal of e-Studio360, LLC, Mr. Eady aspires to leave a lasting impression on each of his clients by diligently rendering outstanding customer service, fulfilling the scope of work for each project, and delivering high-quality work while building long-term professional relationships with his clients.

     When Mr. Eady is not engaged in work, he enjoys creating memories and spending quality time with his twin sons, weight lifting, completing home improvement projects, volunteering in his community, and serving at his church.
